Terms of Use

• 150 Euro deposit on booking
• 1 month before arrival you pay the balance (total rent apartment, cleaning and visitor's tax)
• Free cancellation up to 1 month before arrival. The amount paid will be fully refunded.
• No pets allowed,
• No hard music after 23:00
• Maximum 2 persons with baby (facilities such as baby etc bed not available)
• No smoking in all rooms.
